If, after inspecting the item, you choose not to receive it, please note that you will need to pay a 60 EGP delivery fee for the courier.

We want you to love your order! Here’s everything you need to know:

⟡ Exchanges: You can exchange items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in original packaging, with labels attached, in undamaged condition, and not worn.

⟡ Exchanges Delivery Fee:
- Same vendors/manufacturers exchange: A 60 EGP delivery fee applies.
- Different vendors/manufacturers exchange: A 120 EGP delivery fee applies.

⟡ Returns: You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in original packaging, with labels attached, in undamaged condition, and not worn.

⟡ Returns Delivery Fee: A 60 EGP delivery fee applies to cover processing and handling. Shipping fees of the original order are non-refundable.

⟡ Packaging: The original packaging and hanging labels must be intact. Any damage or alteration to the packaging makes the item ineligible for return or exchange.

⟡ One Post-Purchase Exchange: Each order is eligible for only ONE post-purchase exchange.

⟡ How to Request Exchange or Refund: Provide your order number, image of the received item/s and a brief explanation for the exchange or refund via our social media channels. Our team will guide you through the process.
