⟡ Exchanges: You can only exchange for the same item in a different color or size. Switching to a different item is only possible if it's from the same vendor. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in original packaging, with labels attached, in undamaged condition, and not worn.
⟡ Delivery Fee: A 65 EGP delivery fee applies for exchanges.
⟡ Returns: Only possible at the time of delivery, while the courier is still present. Returns are not accepted once the courier leaves.
⟡ Packaging: The original packaging and hanging labels must be intact. Any damage or alteration to the packaging makes the item ineligible for return or exchange.
⟡ One Post-Purchase Exchange: Each order is eligible for only ONE post-purchase exchange.
