- Same vendors/manufacturers exchange: A 60 EGP delivery fee applies.
- Different vendors/manufacturers exchange: A 120 EGP delivery fee applies.⟡ Returns: You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in original packaging, with labels attached, in undamaged condition, and not worn.
⟡ Returns Delivery Fee: A 60 EGP delivery fee applies to cover processing and handling. Shipping fees of the original order are non-refundable.⟡ Packaging: The original packaging and hanging labels must be intact. Any damage or alteration to the packaging makes the item ineligible for return or exchange.
⟡ One Post-Purchase Exchange: Each order is eligible for only ONE post-purchase exchange.
