Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in original packaging, with labels attached, in undamaged condition, and not worn.
⟡ Delivery Fee: A 65 EGP delivery fee applies for exchanges.
⟡ Returns: Only possible at the time of delivery, while the courier is still present. Returns are not accepted once the courier leaves.
⟡ Packaging: The original packaging and hanging labels must be intact. Any damage or alteration to the packaging makes the item ineligible for return or exchange.
⟡ One Post-Purchase Exchange: Each order is eligible for only ONE post-purchase exchange.
⟡ How to Exchange: Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the exchange via our social media channels. Our team will guide you through the process.
