⟡ Yes, You can only exchange for the same item in a different color or size. Switching to a different item is only possible if it's from the same vendor. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in original packaging, with labels attached, in undamaged condition, and not worn. A 65 EGP delivery fee applies for exchanges

⟡ However, returns are only possible at the time of delivery while the courier is still present. Once the delivery is completed and the courier leaves, returns are not accepted. If, after inspecting the item, you choose not to receive it, please note that you will need to pay a 60 EGP delivery fee for the courier.
